Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-03

As of 2026-08-03, none of the data paths described below are live.

This site does not currently collect any personal data through automated means. The Subscribe and Contribute forms shown on this site are visible but not functional -- their submit buttons are disabled and no data can be sent through them yet. The sections below describe what will be true, and how, once each path is switched on.

Who we are

Allied Creative Services LLC (3400 Cottage Way, Ste G2, Sacramento, CA 95825) publishes The AI Examiner and is the data controller for the information described below. Contact: info@alliedcreativeservicesllc.com.

What we collect, and why

Email subscription Not yet active

When this path goes live, subscribing will collect the email address you provide and the fact and time of your consent. This is used to deliver new issues of The AI Examiner and related updates you've asked to receive, on the legal basis of your explicit consent given at signup. Subscriber data is held directly by our email platform, Beehiiv (see Third parties below) -- it does not pass through or get stored in our own internal database.

Paid subscriptions Not yet active

When this path goes live, paid subscriptions will be handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe (see Third parties below). Your payment details and billing information are collected and held by Stripe directly -- card numbers and billing data never reach our own systems. We process what Stripe shares back with us (such as subscription status) on the legal basis of performing the contract you enter into when you subscribe.

Reader contributions Not yet active

When this path goes live, submitting a question or contribution will collect the text you write, the optional contact email you provide, and the fact and time of your consent, on the legal basis of your explicit consent given at submission. Submissions go into a private, internal review queue -- nothing you write is published automatically or verbatim, and nothing is treated as confirmed fact on its own; it has to check out independently before it shapes anything we publish. We do not disclose your identity without your separate, explicit permission. This data is not shared with any external processor; it is held internally and treated as confidential, restricted-access information, never surfaced in any public output, until and unless it independently informs a published issue.

How long we keep it

Subscriber and payment data: we retain what each processor shares with us until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until it's no longer needed for the purpose above, whichever comes first.

Reader contributions: submissions are retained permanently in our internal review system once made, as a matter of editorial record-keeping, and are not deleted upon request. This is an interim position, pending legal review before this path is wired live -- see the note above. If you want your optional contact email removed from a past submission, contact us and we will remove it while keeping the substantive content of the submission on record.

Third parties

We do not currently share data with any third party, because we do not yet collect any personal data through this site. Once live, the following processors will be involved:

We do not sell your information to anyone.

International transfer

Beehiiv and Stripe are both United States-based processors. If you are located outside the United States -- including in the European Union or Canada -- your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States once the relevant path is live.

Your rights

Once any of the paths above is live and you've provided data through it, you can withdraw consent, request access to the data we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion (subject to the retention note above for reader contributions) at any time by emailing info@alliedcreativeservicesllc.com. Every subscription email will include an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. If analytics or other tools are added later, this section will be updated to reflect that.
